I would never buy an AIO with a big logo on it. The Deepcool one I've had for 18 months looks fantastic and unbranded.
I do not like the AIO's because if the pump goes that is it it's all Garbage!!
Was here
NH d-14- the last cpu cooler you will ever buy. giant 140mm fan cools vrm etc. ez
hi jay can you please let me know where you got your test bench i want one lol
That’s exactly how I test my fans a finger spin and oh wow definitely using these or nope not using these
The links do not work for me and I cannot find the AIO on amazon anywhere
g.skill has been fuckin killin it, they made keycaps (which i have) and i plan on getting some g.skill ram. guess i'll throw that AIO in too lol
Why does the 10 core i9 10900k only have 8 cores enabled in this video?
Corsair Glaive? Had that for years the 2017 model, just got a nightsword cuz the dpi buttons really started annoying me.
Would have been interested to know what the actual physical difference with this aio is compared to the more standard rebrands that you spoke about
Looks like Bitwit Kyle might need some of that Ifixit magic
Hi good afternoon, So I’ve had this problem with my pc. When I play a big powerful game, my mic lags and cuts out, and the people that I’m playing with say I sound robotic. But it’s not my mic itself, because I’ve tried another mic and had the same issue. So it’s definitely a problem with my pc. Then I did a little more investigating and I noticed, that when I play they games, my cpu goes to around 90% to 100% usage, and I’m pretty sure that’s the problem, and I’ve tried ways the reduce my cpu usage, but non works when I play these games, and when other people’s cpu goes to the same numbers as me, there mics don’t lag, it’s just me. So I don’t know if it’s because of high cpu usage, or can it be something with my microphone drivers or something?

I literally bought an ifixit kit because when I got to the isle they were in at best buy...I could hear him yelling IFIXIT and could hear the explosion in my head..
hi, why did you use a pull configuration on the fans?
All right... I finally bought iFixit!
That graphics card fan looks weird while it's spinning, like it's off-center or something.
how does it hold up against the NZXT Z73 360mm
The most important point in fans thats always over looked is the gap between the extreme edge of the fin and the chassis it spins in. The smaller the gap, the better. The bigger the gap, you get bleed pushing back through that gap as its the path of least resistance.
He's got A-10 Warthog wallpaper and uses a serrated Spyderco. I think I like this guy. Subscribed.
Did someone forget about Corsair?
No product details in the description :)
IFIXIT
It blows, amirite?
an aio is from ground up a rip off! you lose coolant through evaporation in flexible tubing... you jay of all people should know that...
It looks nice, though I wish they had black mounting hardware instead of the shiny stuff. Though, I guess some paint could solve that.
I WANT TO WORK WITH PHIL
I come for the iFixit ads, but stay for the video..
Where can you even buy this, none of the amazon links work?
I was going to buy an IFIXIT but ended up buying a XOOL kit. Same thing right? Lol
What kind of electric screwdriver are you using Jay?
Warning GPU fant flash seems to almost be flashing
Is this even available anywhere? Do we have a release date?
can't get my eyes off that wiggly gpu fan
I'm using the Arctic Liquid Cooler 240 with my Ryzen 7 3700X. It's a non - Asetek design with a vram fan (not sure if it does anything for it) but I would like to see someone out there UP in the IRworld tech reviewer world give them a review of their liquid coolers. I really enjoy mine over the NXZT Kraken one I had.
Hey Jay, I'd love to see a review of the DeepCool Castle 240EX. It's not an Asetek design as far as I know and to me it's one of the best looking ones. However, the pump is constant speed instead of variable speed which is an odd choice. I'd love to see your thoughts on it and the noise level of the pump.
thanks Jay
I love your I fixed ad Jayson ccccccccccccccccccccoooooooooooooooooooolllllllllllllllllllllllllll😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😲😲
LMAO I love the iFixIt ad!!
thank you for breaking down the "inbetweener" reasons for the type of fan
God I've missed the ifixit ad
G.O.A.T. dee'z Nuts?
Very cheeky noise warning after that ad read lmao
10:58 fan sticker bothering me ;X
I am SO GLAD that the RGB is so easy to disable, and that the pump uses a standard 4-pin header for power. This is the right way to do things IMO, every single motherboard has had at least one 4-pin header for the CPU fan since at least the Pentium 4 days and probably earlier than that, and these days I doubt many motherboards that would be put in a gaming computer or other similarly sized high-power computing application even have 3-pin fan headers on them, and for those same motherboards it's pretty much standard to have at least two or 3 RGB headers of some sort to handle that, and I'm almost certain you can get a board that takes a USB 2.0 header and maybe a SATA or molex power plug and spits out like 5-10 channels of independently controllable RGB headers (tho that might need some third party software, so YMMV and buyer beware). The amount of headaches that are caused by third party software that is "needed" to run THE BASIC FUNCTIONALITY (aka pumping water) of some of these AIO pumps is just ridiculous, when virtually every motherboard already has native support for those basic functions. Also, from a manufacturing standpoint, it costs less to make an AIO if the pump just has a few RGB LEDs and the pump itself, instead of needing a whole microcontroller to control both of those things over a USB interface in a way that is kinda cart-before-horse backwards (USB is a rather expensive communication method with a lot of overhead and extra hardware needed when all you need is probably not even a few kilobits per second both ways and most of that would be to control the RGB, with maybe a whole 50 bits per second needed to control the actual water pump speed based on temperature). TL:DR Most motherboards that gamers (the majority demographic for the kind of thing that AIOs are) are already buying motherboards that already support controlling RGB and 2 PWM fan headers (one for the radiator fans, one for the water pump). Because of that, and the difficulties with third party software that some AIOs need to work right, having a "simple, dumb" AIO with RGB is a great thing, since it means you can let the motherboard do WHAT IT WAS DESIGNED TO BE ABLE TO DO, namely control a few RGB leds and a water pump and 3 cooling fans. It ends up being less frustrating, and unlike other AIOs this one can't be bricked by a bad firmware update.
fan on pull from the Rad?
If your building a pc in 2021 without an Ifixit your living under a rock Me: add ifixit kit to pc build list .
I like the MagLev style bearing Corsair uses for their fans. Means I don't have to worry about the orientation of the fan
Wish someone would do a comparison with AIOs with stock fans and then with Noctuas. Is it worth the money?
Any AIO better than Aourus shit, especially regarding the software and seriously overpriced !!!.Made the mistake to beleive that because they are a good MB company that their AIO product should also be good but it truly sucks.
what do you think of EK AIO
where can we buy it?
Impressive temps if they were in a case :)
this is wrong (jk) 14:20
jay... bearing....
I love the Ifixit kit commercials here!! I gotta get me one...or all of them...dang it I'm broke.
POWERTHIRST
100% I have not enjoyed an ad like that in years :D
ye well the arctic one is still better and cheaper. its the only one that should actually be getting reviews currently.
I am using TT 360 Floe Premium Edition. Hate control box and soft, love performance and look.
you should review the cougar helor aio !!
So, I have a question. Based on everything Jay said before installing the AIO, I was thinking that he'll install the fans the other way around. Why didn't he? Don't fans work better, when scooping directly instead of creating a negative pressure, which needs to suck air through the cooler.
That noise warning must've been before the add tho. But it's such a masterpiece 👌🏿😂
Core 3 hit 69.... niiiice
That wobbly center-badge on the Fan of the GPU would drive me nuts. My old Scythe-Cooler had that same issue. I just removed the sticker.
Hi! How do you like my project Star Wars Mandalorian irworld.info/show/fy-lm-h-y/gGtmqaWFh8me2sw.html
Everyone be talking about the iFixit ad and the AIO, but no one is talking about the A-10 Warthog. *Sad airplane noises* *This post was made by the Airplane Gang*
Amazing to see that. The style's Interesting also. I look forward to more soon.
IFixit AIO next, you watch... 😆
Poor corsair.... They are also a memory company...
You could say the same of Corsair back in the day
please look at the msi mag liquid cooler !!!!!!
Be interested to hear your opinion on the alpha cool eisbare aura
Why is it only showing 8 cores? Do you have 2 disabled?
Come for the TWOCents stay for the IFIXIT advert
If you put this fans in Push i think better performance you have.
Everytime Jay says something about the loud noises in the background and I'm like...what noise?
Love the ad, the best one out there :D
I fix it!!!
Jay, do a quick explanation on fixing CPU FAN ERROR. I had it for the first time with my latest AMD build...and I'm like "BUT THE FANS ARE RUNNING"...it took me about half an hour to find the solution, and it's pretty simple. WHY doesn't the destructions explain you might need to go into your BIOS and tell it to ignore the fan errors...and that can be buried as well. UGH
Half the comments here are about IFIXIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTTT!
Every time I watch a Jay's video lately I keep catching Jay pull some BS out of his ass that totally makes him look like he doesnt know WTF hes talking about. That fan motor support structure dosen't negate the spiraling slipstream induced by the spinning fan at all. NOT ONE BIT. If anything all it does is add a small bit of turbulence to the stream which adds a negligible amount of inefficiency to it. In order to achive the effect Jay is talking about you would have to have one of the following: 1. Straight guidevanes downsteram of the fan of large surface area. (Or) 2. Stationary blades of slightly larger surface area of the fan but at an opposite pitch and direction. (Or more effectively) 3. A counter rotating fan of equal surface area, opposite pitch and tuned to the speed of the other fan. All of these options will add needless bulk, complexity and cost to the fan design. Let's be honest all the fan needs to do is blow a significant amount of air over the radiator fins. The radiator will straighten the flow all by itself without the use of any of these options. The reason it is shaped like that is because they are using a cheap, hard plastic. Plastics of this type don't have the strength to withstand shear and tensile loads very well unless you use alot of it. That will have negative effects on airflow. What the plastic will accel at it is resisting a compressive load. The support structure is shaped the way it is so it can turn torque generated from the motor turning the mass of its rotor, the fan plus the force of the air resistance into a compressive force on the support. P.S. Jay the word Conical is pronounced (KAHN)-i-kul NOT (CONE)-i-kul.
Is there a way to know/find out which AIOs are OEM block designs and which aren't?
Jay is always apologizing for noises I can never hear. I get lost in the video trying to hear the “sound” lol
at first I didn't mean to watch the video. Then, having the mouse hovered over it, while watching something else, I saw explosion. I fixit, yeah... So that fixed me...
I will buy an I-Fixit on payday because of you 🙏
I was actually tempted to just rewind to that ad over and over, and just not watch the actual video 😆
Enki, the Sumerian god of water. Think Enki was a big part of their creation story. Looks cool. It's kind of what they already do for ram just with an AIO though. I'd rather it just said GSkill instead of having the goofy symbol on the left.
those fans look similar to the A12x25 blade design...
My go to AIO for my 3900x 4.3@1.2825v would be the Arctic 240 or 360 but I really like the dark pro 4 design so I picked up that instead. Sometimes I feel bad about it, but the performance is good, the problem is the giant block of metal hiding the rgb ram.
They probably build it from Memory.
IFIXIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTT EXPLOSIOOONNNNSSS
“If you don’t go out and buy from ifixit you better be dead, or in jail! And if you’re in jail, BREAK OUT!!!!”
backing track not necessary. upvote if you find it distracting
So laying back in my arm chair at my desk, I see the video and for some reason I thought the thumbnail was of a carburetor. I have gone back and looked at the thumbnail, and I am just as perplexed as you are that I could see a carb in it.
neat
I will definitely be looking at that AIO.
Fucking hell what a great interruption
Finally an advert that did not suck because it had explosions!
